LifeHack has a good article on staying organized using a mobile phone.
I have started use google calendar in this way a bit. I'm fortunate in that I have no commute to work and I'm generally either at work or at home so I'm hardly away from a computer. Plus, I generally don't have that much going on that I need to schedule.

Good article, thank you for sharing. One thing I have been using a lot is RememberTheMilk.com. You get nice SMS reminders, and it integrates well with twitter. Also, you can ADD via twitter which is great, especially coupled with Twitter mobile access, I send a SMS to twitter, telling it to add to RTM. Tasks added without using the slower mobile internet.
